I’m Jackie, nice to meet you!

I am an Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiologist. I’m a Manifesting Generator (for those following along with the Human Design trend), which means I love variety, new challenges and learning new things.

My journey from client to kinesiologist has been deeply personal. A couple of years ago, I found myself at a crossroads in life, navigating some very hard times and learning what it truly means to rebuild from the inside out. Through that process, I began to rise - slowly, gently - and in that rising, I found a new life.

I know what it’s like to feel lost, disconnected and numb. What I love about my sessions is connecting with beautiful souls, and guiding them back to their light.

Sol Rising Kinesiology was born from my transformation and the gentle nudges that kept pushing me in this direction. It’s a space for healing, for rediscovering your light, and for finding your way through the hard parts of life, just as I did.

The name Sol Rising holds a special meaning for me. It represents following my soul’s purpose and coming into alignment with who I truly am, rising from the ashes as my world crumbled and I rebuilt my life. Sol (sun in Latin) is also a tribute to my beautiful friend who passed last year, who was like sunshine and whose warmth and light continue to guide and inspire me every day. ☀️

I support women who are ready to move beyond self-doubt and the quiet limitations they’ve been living within. Women who feel an inner knowing that there is more available to them — more alignment, more truth, more joy, and a deeper expression of who they truly are. Women who sense they are meant for a fuller, more expansive life, and are ready to step into it with clarity, confidence, and embodied self-worth.

Here’s to new beginnings, to rising again, and to the beautiful journey of coming home to yourself.

WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY?

There are many different types of Kinesiology. Kinesiology is the practice of using muscle testing to communicate with the body. It’s used by many practitioners for different purposes and you may have already come across it at a chiropractor or physiotherapist.

The type of Kinesiology I practice is Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ (EMK) which is a unique remedy based health modality that ultimately supports the process to clear stress, fear, trauma and pain from the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies. It uses muscle reflex testing to tap into the subconscious mind to clear negative patterns, limiting beliefs, sabotage programs or any mental/emotional stress.

We use powerful natural healing remedies, advanced kinesiology techniques and sacred healing tools to create long lasting profound change during and after a balance.

Together we will use lots of different remedies to help shift stress from the body. Some of these include crystals, essential oils, colour, sound, bushflower essences, acupressure and oracle cards.

Each session will be unique as your body tells me what you need.
